Can I edit the report after it's generated?
Yes. You can edit any tree's data (condition, location, narratives) in your Dashboard. Once you save changes, simply click "Download PDF" again to generate an updated version of the report at no extra cost.
How accurate are the AI narratives?
Our AI provides a high-quality "first draft" based on the data you enter. However, as the Certified Arborist, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all text before finalizing the report. The AI is a tool to save you typing time, not a replacement for your expertise.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase via the "Starter" or "Agency" packs never expire. They remain in your account until you use them to unlock a report.
