Cancel or upgrade plan

Upgrading

To upgrade from "Pay-as-you-go" to Arborist Pro (Unlimited), simply go to the Credits page and click the purple Subscribe & Save button on the Professional card.

Cancelling

We hate to see you go, but we make cancellation easy. You do not need to email support.

  1. Go to Credits → Manage Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Plan.

Your unlimited access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free tier, and you can continue to access your old reports or buy individual credits.
