We use your data strictly to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Tree Appraisal Pro service.
- Generate PDF reports branded with your professional details.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Communicate with you regarding account updates or support.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our business:
- Clerk: For secure identity management and authentication.
- Stripe: For payment processing (we do not store credit card numbers).
- Cloudinary: For secure hosting of your uploaded tree photos.
- Google Gemini: For generating AI-assisted text descriptions (anonymized data only).
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and secure database practices for data at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of your data directly within the Dashboard. To request full account deletion, please contact support.
